It started with stretch!

My yoga journey kicked off a few years back. You see, I've always been a runner, but I've never been great at warming up and cooling down. It finally dawned on me that neglecting proper stretching was causing some long-term troubles for my body.

Marie's Workshops

Use this time of the year to deepen your practice or to explore new Asanas (Poses) for yourself. This workshop is there for you to ensure a safe way in and out of each pose. Showing and explaining ways to make it easier or harder with the right adjustments and cues for yourself. Anyone and any level is welcome.

Saturday 13.07:

Twist & Binds 1h - Benefits, Using Blocks & Straps for adjustments in Triangle, Half lord of the Fishes, Chair Pose, & Crescent Lunge and a few more ($25)


Sunday 14.07:

Inversion & Arm balance 2h - Benefits, loosing fear and gaining confidence for: Headstand, Crow, Side Crow, Shoulder stand, Hurdlers Pose, (Preparation for) Handstand & Forearm stand


Saturday 20.07:

Backbends 1h - Cobra, Upward facing dog, Camel, Wheel, Bow Pose & Wild thing
