Combining dynamic flows and sun salutations with yin-yoga style long-held floor poses, deep relaxation.
Build strength and balance, open the body, and cultivate the ability to be mindful - leaving one feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.

Studio access is available from 15 minutes prior to the start of each scheduled class. We suggest arriving at least 5-10 minutes prior to scheduled class time..

This is a 60-minute class where we explore and stretch the deeper connective tissues.
This class is about connecting to the deeper self and allowing the body to open in a gentle, relaxing practice. The long holds and focused practice will help you feel amazing and help release tension.

Disco Yoga classes take in elements of Vinyasa flow yoga and dynamic sequences, which encourage vitality and rejuvenation.
The class is suitable for all, from beginner yogis, you will find it a perfect level to enjoy without feeling too challenged. It had all the typical yoga poses, downward dog, cobra, tree, and child pose, to name a few, but this is a downward dog with a difference, as you are encouraged to sway your hips.
Shadow, or Hatha Yoga is a dynamic practice that offers preparatory squats and moving sequences to support joint mobility, bone- strengthening, digestion, and the release of muscle tension -- incrementally preparing the participant's body, breath, and energetic systems for seated asana.
Together these movements and shapes can cultivate flexibility, endurance, mental well-being, and vital energy flow.
This practice is suitable for both beginner and advanced yoga practitioners.
