Find Your Balance With Yoga.
Relieve stress and develop strength, mobility, and coordination with Yin Yang flow.
This class combines classical yoga with elements of yin yoga, (a slow, passive style of yoga, done mostly on the floor in seated or lying-down postures), to create a balanced session that combines working out with relaxation.
Expect to leave feeling settled and grounded.
You live a fast-paced, active life, whether you’re going for a run, powering through a high-pressure role, or sweating it out on a spin bike. Yin yoga is the perfect balance for your life pressures. Providing a slower, more meditative counterpart to help you round out your lifestyle.
Yin yoga is also for anyone who is dealing with injuries or a chronic condition like arthritis or osteoporosis as this style in particular is a more restorative practice than other forms of exercise. Yin can also be a great starting point for anyone interested in meditation as it has such an internal focus.
Each class includes both dynamic, active sequences working on a muscular level for building strength and fitness and slower quieter practices working deeper on the joints and connective tissue and calming the nervous system.
This class is a dynamic Vinyasa flow, which will energise you and get your blood pumping again. But at the same time, the way in which we move and the energy behind it is, in a way, more Yin-like. That means that it's very much about feeling and sensing our bodies as we move, and about softness and fluidity within our flow. A lovely practice to help drop into the body, open up, and move.
This class is open to all levels and is a great introduction class.
While stretching is a simple exercise, it is one of the most important activities you can do to help your body.
Stretching can improve your flexibility and range of motion in joints and muscles. This can reduce injury risk during exercise or daily life.
Shadow Yoga, a dynamic and progressive Hatha Yoga practice for mind, body and spirit.
Align classes are suitable for all levels from beginner to advanced and everything in between.
Core yoga poses are a great way to build strength and stability in your core muscles, which can help improve your balance and overall yoga practice. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned yogi, incorporating these poses into your regular routine can help you take your practice to the next level.
