Hatha Flow classes combine classical Hatha Yoga postures with flowing movement linked to the breath (vinyasa). Benefits of regular practice include improved strength and muscular tone, increased flexibility and range of motion, and development of cardio-vascular health.
Hatha Flow classes also include focus on breath awareness, improving balance and body spatial awareness, as well as techniques aimed to improve mental clarity and calmness.
Included practices and techniques will vary class to class and instructor to instructor, depending on the individual teacher’s focus and chosen intention for that day.

A classical style of class, traditional postures, and techniques used to take your practice to a deeper level. Each class will target a specfic area of the body we will work hard using props and pushing our own limitations. This class will be challenging mentally and physically, however the results will be worth it.
Intensity levels in a Hatha Flow class range from low to more intense depending on the teacher’s intention for the day, their teaching style (eg some teach with more flowing elements whilst some prioritise more static postures), as well as your level of general fitness.

Students always have the option to rest (eg sit out a pose) from time to time if needed.
Our teachers will also always offer variations within postures to suit your level of development and fitness so that beginners as well as more advanced practitioners benefit equally from each class.
Hatha Flow is suitable for practically all levels of fitness and flexibility. If you can move your body you can practice yoga. But if unsure, always consult your health professional, especially if you have underlying health concerns or conditions.
Students of Yin Yoga will need:
Studio access is available from 15 minutes prior to the start of each scheduled classstarts. We suggest arriving at least 5-10 minutes prior to scheduled class time.
Relieve stress and develop strength, mobility, and coordination with Yin Yang flow.
This class combines classical yoga with elements of yin yoga, (a slow, passive style of yoga, done mostly on the floor in seated or lying-down postures), to create a balanced session that combines working out with relaxation.
Expect to leave feeling settled and grounded.

This class is a great way to stretch and feel empowered. Align is taught in the Vinyasa yoga style, where movement and postures move with the breath.
This class will not be heated, so that you can go on with your day feeling amazing. Classes will range in time from 50mins to 75mins.
Align classes are suitable for all levels from beginner to advanced and everything in between.
